$50/hr- $60/hr

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Emergency Department Clinical Director to join our team at a reputable organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Managing and mentoring a team of dedicated healthcare professionals
- Implementing evidence-based practices and protocols to enhance care delivery
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes
- Overseeing department budget and resource allocation
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred)
- A current RN license (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in emergency department management (5+ years)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
