Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary DOE

Schedule: Days/Nights

Bonus: Up to $15,000 for Sign-On / $5,000 Relocation

ER Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any significant changes in condition.
• Prioritize and assess patients based on the severity of their condition, ensuring timely and accurate identification of life-threatening emergencies.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, manage IV lines and urinary catheters, and accurately document all patient care activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in patient care conferences and rounds.

ER Registered Nurse Requirements:

• ASN or BSN nursing degree
• RN License
• BLS Certification, ACLS Recommended
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to work in a high-tempo large hospital system.
