Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and case managers, to provide coordinated care and ensure continuity of services.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations.
• Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to social work practice.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries.
