Your Role: Inside Sales Professional / Healthcare Recruiter In this dynamic role, you will source leads from established databases and online platforms. Harnessing our company tools and resources, you'll actively market and attract new business. Cold-calling, emailing, and texting clients and candidates will be second nature, as you creatively leverage your personality and determination to overcome daily challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and document findings using our CRM tool.
- Elevate your online presence by leveraging social media platforms within your region.
- Engage in cold-calling to understand the unique needs of potential clients and how we can best assist them.
- Utilize Microsoft software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to streamline your workflow.
- Maintain meticulous records of every interaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate your strong work ethic and ambition by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous executive search experience is a plus.
- A background in sales is highly encouraged.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and ZipRecruiter is advantageous.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you excel at multitasking.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful verifiable experience in recruiting or sales is required.
