ICU Nurse Manager

PRIME location in Southern California

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ICU department
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the ICU department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Conduct performance evaluations for ICU staff and provide leadership and mentorship
• Participate in budget preparation and management
• Stay current with advances in critical care nursing and implement new practices as appropriate

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid California RN license
• Minimum of 5 years of ICU nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices, policies, and procedures
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Active California RN license in good standing with the California Board of Nursing
