As an Occupational Therapist with us, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our patients. You'll assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement strategies to help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life. **Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and exercises
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in hand therapy in clinical fieldwork or clinical setting
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly preferred.
