**Job Summary:**

As an Occupational Therapist with us, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our patients. **Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges

- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and exercises

**Required License/Certification:**

- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington

- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

- Experience in hand therapy in clinical fieldwork or clinical setting

- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly preferred.
