Responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their optimal physical well-being. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Designing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Administering various physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance mobility and promote recovery.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as required for the best possible outcomes.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families regarding at-home exercises and preventive measures.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• IL licensed PT with a minimum of 1 year experience (this includes home health experience).
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• The ability to work independently.
