X-ray Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified X-ray Technician to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to their mission of improving the health and well-being of their patients.

As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in our client's medical facility by performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray technology. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and precise imaging results. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the effective diagnosis and treatment planning for patients. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and compassionate professional who possesses exceptional technical skills and has a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of X-ray examinations following established protocols and procedures.
• Prepare patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Position patients appropriately and adjust X-ray equipment to obtain optimal images.
• Adhere to radiation safety measures and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and process X-ray films or digital images.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure that all required anatomical structures are captured accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and interpret imaging results.
• Maintain patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in radiology.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as an X-ray Technician
• Minimum of one year of experience as an X-ray Technician (new graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in operating X-ray equipment and related imaging software
• In-depth knowledge of radiology procedures, positioning techniques, and anatomy
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality imaging results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
