Our client is currently looking for an experienced RN to join our dedicated Long-Term Care team at their healthcare facility located in a vibrant community in South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medications, treatments, and personalized care to residents based on individual care plans.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' conditions, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and residents' progress.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid nursing license (RN) in the state of South Dakota.
• Strong dedication to providing compassionate care to seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
