RN - Registered Nurse

As a Hospital RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch patient care, providing comfort and support to patients and their families, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patient conditions and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in patient status
• Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies
• Participating in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
• Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS and ACLS certification (if applicable)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Prior hospital nursing experience preferred
