Alyssa Baena supports the MLee Healthcare team through her HR expertise assisting in payroll administration, onboarding, the management of employee data through HRIS, data entry and reports. She is educated with a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Philosophy from California State University, Sacramento. During her time at university, she was awarded Academic All-Conference four years in a row for balancing rigorous academic and athletic commitments. She also holds a Behavior Technician Certification (BCAT) for applied behavior analysis (ABA) to help people with autism and other developmental disorders improve their lives. Alyssa’s extensive experience working in HR and educational background enhance her ability to balance empathy with compliance, teamwork and effective communication contribute to a supportive and effective workplace environment.
