His career began in indirect marketing where he developed strong communication skills to help bring people together with products and services. After working in power electronics, recruiting engineers, he transitioned into recruiting for the healthcare field. As National Sales Manager for Ossur Orthopedics and Prosthetics, Hoss controlled the company’s O&P distribution network with just over 26 million in sales a year. While working for Ossur Orthopedics Hoss was recruited by the worlds largest prosthetics company Otto Bock to help design and lead their orthopedics business in the USA.
